Aims
You learn about cultural differences with respect to communication, conflict management, work styles, concepts of time and hierarchy. You acquire intercultural skills and become a more adept negotiator.

Day 1
Interactive presentation:
- Establishing contact and networking with partners from other cultures
Role playing:
- Handling first-time contacts
- Communicating successfully in an international environment: virtually and face-to-face
Day 2
Video material and presentation:
- Conflict management: identifying triggers and resolving conflicts with cultural sensitivity
- International comparison of the significance of hierarchy and status
- Simulation and role playing
