In wood and furniture adhesives, VINNAPAS^®dispersions confer high heat resistance and good water resistance. VINNAPAS^®dispersions for low-emission flooring adhesives ensure excellent environmental compatibility and permanently reliable bonding of PVC, rubber, cork or textile flooring.

Paints are matt or glossy, intense or subdued. To display these effects, they need high-quality binders, but no solvents. For modern, environmentally compatible interior paints, we offer special VINNAPAS^®VAE dispersions that are low-emission, low-odor and APEO-free, and have an enormous application and performance range. VINNAPAS^®dispersions enable the formulation of solvent- and plasticizer-free interior and exterior paints, dispersion silicate paints, silicone resin emulsion paints and synthetic resin plasters. In coatings, they unfold diverse characteristics that optimize the product and ensure high wet-scrub resistance, scratch resistance and resistance to dirt pick-up and water. In addition, VINNAPAS^®dispersions are highly compatible with SILRES^®BS and enable the manufacture of efficient silicone resin emulsion paints for indoor and outdoor use. We also offer special VINNAPAS^®dispersions that are flame-retardant, highly water-resistant, act as functional moisture barriers or are especially suitable as binders for intumescent coatings.

Water-based dispersions are an indispensable starting material in the manufacture of nonwovens and technical textiles. Articles of everyday use such as vacuum cleaner bags, wet wipes, panty liners and materials for blinds owe their very existence to high-performance binders. WACKER offers a compelling portfolio of technically mature and versatile VINNAPAS^®and VINNOL^®dispersions. The excellent wet and dry strength, pleasant feel, good shape retention, absorbency and solvent resistance they confer make them ideal for use in the manufacture of tableware, wet wipes and feminine hygiene articles. VINNAPAS^®dispersions can be processed efficiently and easily applied to nonwovens by all key application methods – whether by impregnation, spraying or foaming. In technical textiles, VINNAPAS^®and VINNOL^®dispersions optimize user properties and make for excellent flame-retardancy, dimensional stability, and abrasion and wash resistance. Nonwovens and textiles coated with VINNOL^®dispersions are excellently heat-sealable. At the same time, key properties of the end product such as tear strength, stiffness and pleatability are enhanced, e.g. in air filters for ventilation systems and the automotive sector.
