CAVAMAX® cyclodextrins are suitable, e.g., for controlled flavor release, for the production of trans-fat-free fats and for use as soluble roughage. Cysteine for aromas and bakery use adds another essential raw material to the portfolio.
In chewing gum production, VINNAPAS® polyvinyl acetates, as raw materials, and HDK® pyrogenic silica, an important flow improver and thickening agent with thixotropic properties, optimize both the product and process.
SILFAR® and SILFOAM® foam control systems provide trouble-free processing of foods. Moreover, this product range can also be used to adjust the foaming of the food product during its end use.
