For coating and encapsulating sensitive parts in instrumentation and control, silicones are applied by dipping, spraying or flood coating. In addition, special WACKER silicones permit targeted protection of selected areas of a component. Sealants and adhesives are used for sealing housings in wet and dry assembly.
