VINNOL® in wood coatings excel in verious ways – these WACKER products improve stability, flexibility and impact resistance. Color fastness is also optimized – especially when the products are used for topcoats in conjunction with cellulose nitrate, shellac or other resins. Moreover, the added VINNOL® reduces bleeding in the wood and preserves the wood grain.
HDK® is used for controlling the rheology and improving anti-settling behavior, especially in solvent-based systems but also in solvent-free UV systems.
