The underlying organic and inorganic structure of the SILRES^® and ELASTOSIL^® series imparts exceptional properties and optimal protection against extreme heat and rapid temperature fluctuations, unique weathering resistance and myriad design possibilities often combined with a high level of functionality.

VINNOL^® combines the advantages of very good adhesion and abrasion resistance with a high degree of flexibility. Due to their good compatibility, they are very often combined with other organic binders. They are especially good at improving color constancy and color gradient.

HDK^® pyrogenic silica serves as a rheological additive and antisettling aid for paints and coatings. The application and the binder system (water, solvent-based or powder coating) determine whether hydrophilic or hydrophobic HDK^® grades are used. The HDK^® is added in concentrations of 0.1 to approx. 3 %.

Powder coating systems containing HDK^® exhibit enhanced flow properties. Superior rheological behavior in the melt phase makes for better edge coverage.
