The semi-permanent band-ply lubricants from WACKER are ideal for the lubricating coating on the tire bladder. As a result, tire manufacturers can cure even large tires without prior treatment in a spray booth. Alternatively, these lubricants can also be applied to the interior of the blank tire, from which they are transferred to the bladder surface during curing. Another advantage of the coating: just one application suffices for several demoldings before the release film has to be renewed. Furthermore, there is no need to use a further, conventional band-ply lubricant.
