The conference begins at 2 p.m. with a presentation by UPM Sales Director Jaakko Nikkilä. He will look at the latest developments in self-adhesive release liners and label papers. Subsequently, WACKER SILICONES’ Evan Wu – Business Development Manager for Asia – and Marketing Manager Nikolaus Trippen will showcase the division’s newest release coatings. After the break, BASF’s Dr. Dominik Winter (R&D Manager for Adhesives & Fiber Bonding), Dennis Tan and Suwat Aeimsangjun will present the company’s new sealant and adhesive developments. Rolf Meier, Sales Manager at BMB – a Swiss coating-equipment manufacturer – will round out the conference with an overview of cost-efficient coating equipment. The conference ends at around 7 p.m.
