Our intensive and comprehensive General Trainee Program (GTP) individually prepares participants for future executive duties at WACKER. This modular program lasts 18 months and consists of an orientation phase, on-the-job training, interdepartmental projects and foreign assignments.

• A degree in natural sciences or economics, with excellent grades; preferably a doctorate or MBA, as well
• At least six months’ work experience abroad – preferably in Asia
• Excellent English and German
• Excellent communication skills and persuasive powers
• Self-assured with a convincing presentation style
• Mobility and flexibility
