This modular program lasts 18 months and consists of an orientation phase, on-the-job training, interdepartmental projects and foreign assignments.
Your Profile:
- Excellent university degree in engineering or science; ideally, plus MBA or doctorate
- Experience abroad, e.g. through internships
- Very good German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills and persuasive powers
- Self-assurance and excellent presentation skills
- Mobility and flexibility for potential foreign assignments
